Once plans are obtained, they will be able to give you an estimate on your project. You can request as many builders from us as you'd like that are tailored to your needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring a smoother experience from start to finish. Although we recommend meeting with 3 builders to start as to not be overwhelmed with good options. 

Our builders and contractors are familiar with working with Bank Draws, or construction draws with construction loans and also insurance pay outs. We can also recommend builders that offer in house financing if you are needing more funds for rebuilds. Since we understand the complexities of construction financing, we have builders and contractors that we can recommend who provide in-house financing, making it easier for you to access the funds you need for your rebuilds.

• Make the Phone Call To Us

• We want to know your needs based on your budget and specs. Your timeline, your concerns, and your preferences in builders. How many builders you want to meet and request proposals from. There is no remuneration requested from home owners at any point. This service is completely free for home owners. We work directly with builders and their resumes, temperament style, to be able to act as a match maker between builders and owners. 

• Send Us Your Plans 

• Sending us your plans will help us better understand on what you are looking for. We will then share them with 5 builders we think are most suitable for you and schedule meetings with them to discuss and to get better acquainted with who you are wanting to hire and entrusting your Ground up construction with. This step is crucial as building will take minimum 12 months from the ground up, so it is important that you have a good relationship with the builder you decide to go with, as this will be an long term relationship based on trust and needs.

• Send you builders

• At this step, we would have already found matches for you. Here we will send you the builders and why we think they would be perfect for you. There will be a beginning estimate build price based on your plans submitted to us. We will then schedule a meeting between you and your desired builder. You can then get acquainted with each builder and see who you are most comfortable proceeding with.

• Hiring Your Builder

• When you decide to proceed with the builder of your choice based on how you are comfortable with them, we can also negotiate build prices for you if needed. here you would be signing the contract with the builder directly and they would be your point of contact from then moving forward. We will still be involved with the build to make sure you are happy till the end. At this point if you are satisfied with the experience you have had with us, you can recommend us to others that are needing help.
